Scheduling, Payments and Policies

How can I schedule an appointment?
The quickest way to schedule an appointment is to book online. However, if you'd like me to assist with the booking, please send a text message to 984-215-1934 and I will get back to you with some available time slots. If you call and I don't answer, it's probably because I'm with a client, so messaging is preferred. Nevertheless, I will try my best to respond to you as soon as possible.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept cash, credit card, HSA/FSA's, checks and gift certificates.
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged for anything until AFTER the appointment is completed. After your appointment, you can choose another form of payment.

Why Do You Need My Debit/Credit Card
A card number is required to reserve your appointment slot and to take care of any cancellations. This ensures our therapist is compensated for their time.
Tipping is neither required nor expected. But, always appreciated. You can certainly pay for your session with FSA/HSA funds.
What If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?
If you need to reschedule an appointment, you can always just text me or make changes to your appointment on the booking page anytime. For all cancellation made with less than 24 until your appointment, please call at 984-215-1934 as soon as possible.
Cancellations without more than 24 hour notice will result in a charge for your session, as that time was reserved especially for you.

Are Same Day Appointments Available?
Same day appointments are sometimes available, but we do not take drop-ins. Please call for same day availability. If we are busy, we can put you on a waitlist for you to come in as soon as we are available.
What If I'm Late To My Appointment?
I understand that some delays are unavoidable. The time you are scheduled for is for you. If you arrive late to your session I will have to finish at our scheduled finish time.
Full payment for your scheduled service will be expected.
